The Pabrai Family has over 30 years of experience in the Indian Ice Cream Manufacturing Industry. It started with Mr. Anuvrat Pabrai the founder of Tulika’s Ice Cream Pvt. Ltd. in 1985 which grew into a prominent mass-market brand in Eastern India. A generation of ice cream lovers in the 1980s and 1990s grew up on Tulika’s Twinzee Ice Cream and Hot Chocolate Fudge Sundae and fondly remembers them even today.
In 2008, the Pabrais combined their technical expertise in crafting ice creams of the creamiest of textures with their knowledge of food to make artisanal ice creams with the finest of ingredients sourced from around the world. Born out of this ethos was Pabrai’s Fresh & Naturelle Ice Cream.
We at Pabrai’s Fresh & Naturelle Ice Creams are in the business of making premium, 100% natural ice creams. The product is redefining the ice cream space in India. Pabrai’s Fresh & Naturelle Ice Cream took natural ice cream making to a whole new level with its key focus on the ingredients and a keen desire to delight the Indian palette.
In the non-branded segment, we give supply to all luxury chains of 5 star hotels, restaurants and caterers across the country.
Pabrai’s fresh and naturelle ice cream (a unit of K N And Co) was started in 2008.
They started the company under the mentorship of their father, Anuvrat Pabrai who has over 30 years of experience in ice cream making.

Mr. Anuvrat Pabrai has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and was a rank holder. He completed his Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, Pusa. He has been in the ice cream business for the last 39 years and is the chief Ice Cream Maker.
Tulika Pabrai – wife of Anuvrat Pabrai has been in the ice cream business since 1985. She has completed her American High School Diploma from Woodstock School, Mussoorie and went on to study Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, Pusa. She looks after the administration and ensures smooth operations.
Nishant Pabrai is the son of Anuvrat Pabrai. He has completed his American High School Diploma from Woodstock School, Mussoorie and has completed Diploma in Hospitality Management from Kingfisher Academy. He oversees the logistics and related matters of the company.
Shilpa Arora Pabrai – wife of Nishant Pabrai has completed her Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts (Honours) from J D Birla Institute. She has also done fashion designing from Inter National Institute of Fashion Design. She handles the marketing and is a budding Ice Cream Maker being mentored by Anuvrat Pabrai.
